We envision communities free of interpersonal violence and abuse.

PEACE HOUSE MISSION STATEMENT (How we’re going to achieve that vision: What, who, how)

Peace House is dedicated to ending interpersonal violence and abuse and empowering survivors to heal and thrive by providing support services, safe housing and prevention education.

Peace House is a charitable organization dedicated to ending family violence and abuse in the community through education, outreach, support services, and shelter.

Peace House has 39 professional full and part-time staff with an annual budget of $3 million.

2022 Accomplishments

  • 157 adults and children were served through our emergency shelter program for over 5,511 nights of safety
  • 1,327 calls for help answered through the 24/7 crisis helpline
  • 84 adults utilized legal advocacy services
  • 12,668 event and presentation attendees
  • 1,157 hours of individual therapy for adults and children conducted

Free and confidential help and support for victims and survivors of interpersonal violence is available 24/7 at 800-647-9161. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or in an emergency, please call 9-1-1 immediately.

A trained victim advocate will provide immediate assistance for callers in emergency situations and answer their questions. All services are provided free of charge to those seeking help from Peace House.
