In This Together is a workshop for Survivors and Secondary Survivors (Anyone the survivor discloses to or has witnessed) of sexual assault and domestic violence.
This workshop will be presented in Spanish and English for adults 18+, with daycare available.
The workshop focuses on teaching and healing with education on sexual assault and domestic violence, the effects of trauma on the brain/body with tips for a healthy lifestyle, and art-based therapy.
