Transitional Housing in Need of Houseware Items

Peace House Community Campus will be opening in spring of 2019.  Included on this campus are 12 units of transitional housing that families affected by domestic violence may stay in up to 24 months.

“Transitional housing is critical to supporting the needs of those affected by domestic violence.  This program provides families time to stabilize and rebuild their lives while continuing to work towards complete independence, ”  said Kendra Wyckoff, Peace House Executive Director.

“Transitional housing is much needed in our community and it has been my dream to see this happen for a very long time.  It warms my heart to see the caring community support to soon take it from that dream to reality. “ said Jane Patten, former Peace House Executive Director.
