SUMMER EVENTS WITH PREVENTION EDUCATION
Join us for one or all of this engaging events. Peace House prevention and education team will have a resource table during Summer 2023 at these events that are happening in the community.
- Pride March and Encircle Grand Opening- Sunday, June 10th (Wasatch County) Peace House does not have a resource table at this event, we have been invited to participate as community partners.
- Coalville Community Movie Event- Sunday, June 10th, 2023 (Summit County) Peace House has a resource table at this event.
- Park City Pride/ Living Library- Saturday, June 17th, 2023 (Summit County) Peace House does not have a resource table at this event, we have been invited to participate as community partners.
- 2023 Latino Arts Festival - Friday, June 16th, Saturday, June 17th, and Sunday 18th, 2023 (Summit County) Peace House has a resource table at this event.
- 2023 Park Silly Sunday Market- Sunday, June 18th, 2023. (Summit County) Peace House has a resource table at this event.
- Park City Pride/ Letters to Parent- Saturday, June 24th, 2023 (Summit County) Peace House does not have a resource table at this event, we have been invited to participate as community partners.
- Pride Picnic at City Park Library in Park City on Sunday, June 25th, 2023. (Summit County) Peace House has a resource table at this event.
- Wasatch County Fair – Thursday, August 3rd, Friday, August 4th, and Saturday, August 5th, 2023. (Wasatch County) Peace House has a resource table at this event.
- Summit County Fair- Friday, August 5th, Wednesday, August 9th, Thursday, August 10th, Friday, August 11th, and Saturday, August 12th, 2023 (Summit County) We are waiting to hear back from the organizer to see if our vendor application has been approved.
- Children’s Health Clinic formerly known as Super Healthy Kids Fair 2023- August 2023 or September 2023. (Wasatch County) We do not know yet if they will be providing opportunities for a resource table TBD.
- Francis Frontier Days Arts & Crafts Fair -Saturday, September 2nd, 2023, and Monday, September 4th, 2023 (Summit County) We are waiting for them to post the vendor application for this event.
- Latino Art Symposium Event- August 2023 event date will be between August 16th and August 30th, 2023. (Wasatch County) Peace House has a resource table at this event.
- Family Dinner at the Park -Tuesday, September 11th, 2023 (Wasatch County) Peace House has a resource table at this event.
- Community Resource Fair- Saturday, September 16th, 2023, Senior Center in Heber (Wasatch County) We are waiting to hear back from the organizer to see if this event is happening this year.
- Peace House Domestic Violence Walk & Candlelight Vigil 2023- Sunday, October 8th ( Summit County) Peace House led event during Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
