Peace House Outpatient Group

Connections Group-Peace House will start a new outpatient group on February 1st for a 12 week session.  The cost is FREE and will follow Brene Brown’s 12 week “Shame Resiliency” connections curriculum.  This group is open to all genders and ages with domestic violence, (includes emotional abuse and abuse and neglect in childhood) and sexual assault victimization history.

Peace House presents you with the radical thought that you are fine the way you are and you are not alone. Join this highly regarded learning group for understanding and healing from shame. In this course, we will define shame, resilience and empathy; explore triggers, vulnerabilities and smoke screens; practice empathy, critical awareness, reaching out and authenticity.

We will meet Thursdays from 12:00-1:30 pm in Park City, please register to receive details.  The sessions will be Thursday’s, February 1 through April 19th.   Please bring your lunch.
